Kavinche LLC (Kavinche) is NOT accepting returns on items due to Covid unless one of the following conditions are present.
Wrong item/size was sent.
Item is defected or damaged due to our handling.
If you wish to claim a refund or return, please email us first so we can prompt you with instructions.
Due to Covid-19 shipping will take 3-5 business days depending on location.
All tracking numbers will be sent to your email once the label is printed.
All items will be shipped Monday- Friday.
Shipping is not available on holidays. Please order your products a week prior to the holiday to ensure it arrives on time.
Please be sure to provide correct shipping information when checking out. If you noticed you entered in the shipping information incorrectly please notify us immediately by email so we can correct it.
If you have not received your package within your expected delivery time please allow 1-2 extra days for arrival in case your carrier has a delay or contact them for further information.
If you still have not received your package you can follow up with the carrier which your tracking number is assigned to so the package can be located. Some packages are kept there due to issues with delivering it to your home.

If you are purchasing tie dye products, please review the washing instructions located in the product description of that product. We are not responsible for damages to items.
